Giveaway Terms & Conditions

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entry is free.

• The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers and agents of the Promoter, of Kareen Lomax’s management, label and distribution partners, and their immediate families and households, may not enter.
• The Draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and void in any territory not listed above. Entries from ineligible territories will be disqualified without notice.
• You may enter only once, using one email address. Entering with multiple addresses, or using disposable, automated or programmatically generated addresses, will result in disqualification of all connected entries.
• No proof of age or residence is collected at the point of entry. By entering you confirm that you meet the requirements above, and the Promoter verifies eligibility before any prize is awarded. An entrant found not to meet them will be disqualified and an alternative winner drawn.

The Draw opens on 8 September 2026 and closes at 6 October 2026 at 11:59pm UTC. Entries received outside that window will not be counted. The Promoter’s server clock is the definitive record of when an entry was received.

Submit a valid email address on the Draw page at https://kareenlomax.com/naji-vinyl-giveaway and confirm your eligibility and acceptance of these terms. A valid entry earns one (1) entry into the Draw.

• After entering, you receive a unique share link. When somebody who has not previously entered submits a valid entry using your link, you receive an additional 5 entries.
• A maximum of 20 referrals can be credited to any one entrant, giving a maximum of 100 bonus entries and 101 entries in total.
• Each referred person can be credited only once, no matter how many times they visit or submit. Self-referral is not credited.
• Referral entries are for genuine friends and followers only. Bulk messaging, spam, paid-for traffic, incentivised sign-ups, bot traffic and addresses you control yourself are all prohibited. The Promoter may withhold or remove bonus entries, and disqualify entrants entirely, where it reasonably believes this clause has been breached. The Promoter’s decision on this is final.
• Sharing your link is entirely optional. You remain in the Draw with your single entry if you choose not to share it.

• There is one (1) prize available: One copy of NAJI on vinyl, signed by Kareen, shipped anywhere in the eligible territories.
• Approximate retail value: $40 USD / £30 GBP.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
• The Promoter will cover standard shipping to an address within the eligible territories. The winner is responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply, and for providing a valid and complete delivery address.
• Any taxes arising from acceptance of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period, weighted by the number of entries each entrant holds, within 5 days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or a person acting on its behalf, under conditions that ensure the selection is random and verifiable.

• The winner will be notified by email to the address entered, within 5 days of the draw.
• The winner must reply within 14 days of the notification being sent to confirm acceptance, provide a valid delivery address, and confirm their age and country of residence as required by clause 3.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or does not respond within that period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit that prize and redraw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
• The Promoter will publish or make available on request the first name, last initial and county, state or country of the winner, so that the Draw can be shown to have been conducted fairly. If you would prefer your details not be published, tell us when you claim and we will discuss what is required.

• What we collect. Your email address, the date and time you entered, and — if you arrived through a share link — a pseudonymous code identifying the entrant who referred you. Share codes are one-way cryptographic hashes and cannot be reversed into an email address.
• Why. To administer the Draw, count entries, and contact the winner. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract with you (these terms) and our legitimate interest in running the Draw fairly.
• Marketing.Entering the Draw also adds your email address to Kareen Lomax’s mailing list, which is used to send news about music, releases and events. This is made clear on the entry form before you enter. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in its footer, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry in the Draw.
• Who else sees it.Entry records are stored on Vercel’s infrastructure, and mailing list addresses are processed by Mailjet, each acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
• How long.Entry records are deleted within 90 days of the draw, except where we must keep the winner’s details longer to evidence that the Draw was run properly. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
• Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing hey@musicisfun.com. Requesting erasure of your entry record before the draw will remove you from the Draw. See also our Privacy Policy.

This Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, TikTok, Apple, Google or any other platform. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any of those platforms. Following, liking or sharing on any social platform is not a condition of entry.

• The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, made in bad faith, or in breach of these terms.
• The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for reasons outside its reasonable control, including network or hosting failures.
• The Promoter may amend these terms, or suspend, extend or cancel the Draw, where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control. Any change will be posted on the Draw page.
• The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from entry into the Draw or acceptance, use or enjoyment of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and any dispute relating to the Draw is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
